Canon generation 8 (promoted 2026-07-21) is the governing truth source for the regenerated room, and the room's AI agent is hash-pinned to it.
Section 09 (this section) was regenerated 2026-07-22: the diligence notice and current-status pages were re-authored to the July 22 state, and dated ledger pages (investor updates, deployment, refresh audits) keep their original dated content with current successor entries added on top.
The room now runs on Google Cloud Run at investors.rovn.to; the earlier Cloudflare Pages deployment is retained for rollback only.

Commercial truth restated: zero verified customers or pilots. Reported letters of intent remain unverified pending signed documents and are not counted as traction.

The audit below is a dated historical record from 2026-07-09. Its deploy receipts, deck inventory, and raise framing describe the earlier AWS and Cloudflare era and are superseded where they conflict with the entry above.

Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce.
The public facility subbrand has been retired from investor-facing pages.
Raise language now uses the current plan: a $5M seed round, opening November 2026 into YC Demo Day on December 3, sized to fund the team through the 18-to-24-month NCQA-CVO certification clock. Terms are shared on request once counsel confirms the offering exemption.
Product coverage is national: 43 roles, 51 jurisdictions, 2,193 role/state cells, 0 unsupported catalog cells.
The regulated decision boundary is explicit: AI operates the workflow. Source systems prove the facts. Humans make every regulated decision.
Payer/provider enrollment is positioned as an important expansion and billability-readiness workflow, not as a fully automated live core.
