Every claim below follows the canon claim formula: what exists, where it exists, whether it runs synthetic or real data, who has used it, which gates are complete, and the evidence date. Anything not listed as existing should be treated as designed or planned, not current.

What does not exist yet
- Verified customers and pilots: zero. Zero verified paying customers and zero verified signed pilots. Reported founding-pilot letters of intent remain unverified pending signed documents (canon amendment A-004) and are not presented as traction.
- Real-facility operation: none. No facility has completed a governed workflow on Rōvn with real data. Demo and staging surfaces are not production proof.
- Certifications: none. Not SOC 2 certified yet. Not NCQA-certified yet. No CVO certification. No signed delegation agreement. No Joint Commission survey against Rōvn.
- Live source-verification claims: none. Verification adapters exist in different readiness states; no source is claimed live without a contract, credentials, transport proof, and a current source receipt. Known trust-hardening work also remains open in the deployed backend, so Rōvn makes no external claim of live, source-verified workflows today.
- Specialist-model advantage: none claimed. Any such claim requires a CTO-confirmed benchmark and a measured delta over a frontier-model baseline.
- Network effect: unproven. The network thesis is tested by second Work Activation time and cost. No compass number has been measured, and none is quoted.
Commercial frame
- Operator is the product. Readiness is the first module and front door. Workers are free forever.
- One public price: Readiness at $2,500 per month. Everything above it is quoted.
- The billable unit is active monitored lives. Reuse never raises price within a band, and there are no placement, commission, success, or finder fees, ever.
Financing
The financing sequence is milestone-based per canon. The YC Fall 2026 application was submitted 2026-07-10 and is under review. The intended round is a post-Demo-Day seed, currently modeled at roughly $5 million, sized against actual proof, burn, and the CVO path. Amount, valuation, exemption, and final terms remain CEO, board, and counsel decisions; terms stay silent until counsel confirms the offering exemption.

- Three founders: Giles-Evan Mboumi (CEO), Christian Montgomery (COO), Abhishek Jha (CTO).
- Public, nameable advisors: Dr. Mohammed Quadri, Aki Hashmi, and Dr. Danielle K. Miller, DNP, RN. The founding Chief Credentialing and Compliance Officer seat remains open.
- Outside counsel: Jason Acevedo, Klehr Harrison.
Language rails in force
- HIPAA-aligned, BAA available. Never HIPAA compliant or certified.
- Not SOC 2 certified yet. Not NCQA-certified yet.
- AI never approves, hires, rejects, credentials, privileges, or assigns anyone.
- Rōvn is not a staffing agency, job board, payroll provider, or scheduler, and it charges workers nothing.
- Timelines such as 14, 7, 21, or 30 days are design targets, never logged results.
