Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce. The doctrine: Rōvn does the work. They approve. AI compresses the work. Source systems prove the facts. Humans make every credentialing, privileging, hiring, and clinical decision.
The atomic transaction: Work Activation
The unit the whole product converges on is the Work Activation, approved to start, with proof: the evidence-backed, policy-specific, named-human-approved state that allows one person to perform one defined scope of work for one organization in one context. A Work Activation binds the worker and verified identity, the organization and facility, the exact evidence and source versions, the exact requirement versions, the named approver with authority and rationale, a validity window, and a signed receipt. It is not a worker score. It is not permanent. It is not automatically valid for another organization. Evidence can travel. Decisions do not.

The worker experience is co-equal with the facility experience. Same objects, same permissions, same evidence, same receipts on both sides. Rōvn is not the original source of every fact and not the authority for any decision: issuers and source systems prove facts, workers control sharing, and each organization applies its own requirements through a named human.
One issue, one ask
Readiness detects. A Resolution Case owns the work. One underlying issue creates one worker-facing request, and tenant-isolated impact edges connect it to every affected facility, credentialing file, payer, privilege, and future assignment. If one expiring item threatens six assignments across two facilities, the worker hears about it once, not seven times. Each facility still evaluates the evidence under its own policy, and a named human signs the decision.

What we do not claim
- No customers, pilots, logos, or usage numbers. Timelines such as 14, 7, 21, and 30 days are design targets, not logged results.
- Not HIPAA certified, not SOC 2 certified, not NCQA-certified, not surveyor-validated. The honest posture is HIPAA-aligned, BAA available.
- Uploaded or imported evidence never becomes source-verified merely because it entered Rōvn. Evidence classes stay labeled: source-verified, issuer-attested, facility-attested, worker-provided, extracted but unconfirmed, pending, conflicting, expired, unavailable, or human-review-required.
- AI never approves, hires, rejects, credentials, privileges, or screens out anyone.
- No delegation agreements and no CVO certification. Both are explicit roadmap gates, not current status.
