This workbook is the dated May 2026 three-case model. It was built on an internal multi-tier price ladder that has since been retired, so its dollar curves, tier mixes, and exit math are withdrawn as investor-facing forecasts. It is retained here for transparency about what the company modeled and when.
The current governed frame it does not yet reflect:
- Exactly one public price: Readiness at $2,500 per month; everything above is quoted.
- The billable unit is active monitored lives (persons); Work Relationships and Work Activations are cost and telemetry sub-units, never the invoice driver; reuse never raises price within a band.
- Contracted revenue today is zero, and every projection is labeled base, downside, or upside with explicit assumptions.
A rebuilt workbook on the monitored-lives unit replaces this file after founder and board review. Until then, the honest model discipline and case definitions live in 02.3 Revenue Model, and the pricing frame lives in 02.2 Pricing and Packaging. KPI definitions used by any model are in 02.6 KPI Definitions.
