Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce.

Facilities get an AI operator that runs the path from applicant to billable, recruiting, credentialing, primary-source verification, readiness, and monitoring, end to end, while their team makes every hire, credential, and clearance decision. Workers verify once and carry a record that travels to every job, shift, and facility. Verify once, reuse everywhere.

01The problemHealthcare rebuilds the same worker truth from zero.

Facilities lose the same fight three ways. They cannot fill: an open RN vacancy averages 78 days to fill (NSI 2026) and a physician search 118 days (AAPPR 2025), and the role bleeds coverage and revenue the whole time. They cannot clear: once found, the hire loses 60 to 180 more days to credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment run by inbox and spreadsheet, re-proving facts already proven at the last job, paid for in locum premium, foregone revenue, and survey exposure every billing cycle. And they cannot keep the floor covered: replacing one nurse costs about $60,000, agency premiums fill every gap, and expirables lapse mid-assignment.

Existing CVOs are document-processing factories: they collect, they do not operate. The facility still carries the compliance burden, rebuilds evidence from scratch for every hire, and has no audit trail that survives a Joint Commission / CMS survey without manual assembly.

Credentialed does not mean privileged, monitored, billable, or surveyor-ready. The gap between each state is where facilities bleed.

02Why nowTwo things became true at once, and the window is open.
  • NCQA's updated standards (effective July 1, 2025) require ongoing monitoring of each provider's license, sanctions, and exclusions at the interval required by the applicable standard, and shorten primary-source verification windows to 120 / 90 days. The quarterly, manual, batch approach now fails survey.
  • Governed AI is now capable of operating repetitive workflow without taking regulated authority. Rōvn uses models to prepare, reconcile, explain, and route work while source systems prove facts and named humans retain every regulated decision.
  • Billing for an improperly-credentialed provider remains exposed to False Claims Act liability under Medicare's 60-Day Rule. A long-standing rule, now far easier to trip as the gap widens. Too slow and too risky at once: a 2-to-3-year window, open now.
  • Rural, CAH, and ASC markets are losing credentialing coordinators faster than they can replace them. The wedge buyer has daily pain and no incumbent at their price point.
03ProductOne operating network. Two sides that compound.

Rōvn was started by a founder whose family are nurses. He watched them rebuild the same credentials from scratch at every new job, weeks lost before they could work or bill. Rōvn ends that: a clinician is verified once, and the proof travels with them, reusable at every facility on the network.

The Operator

An AI operator that runs the workflow end to end, recruiting, screening, document collection, primary-source verification, credentialing, readiness, and monitoring, on one spine. The AI operates the workflow; your team makes every hire, credential, privileging, and clearance decision, and your systems schedule and deploy. Rōvn never places or employs anyone. Target: take time-to-fill from ~78 days (NSI 2026) toward under 14, a target, not a delivered result.

Readiness $2,500/mo · Operator pilot governed pricing / 90 days
AI operates the workflow. Source systems prove the facts. Humans make every regulated decision.
● THE NETWORK EXPERIENCE · WHY BOTH SIDES COMPOUND

Rōvn is building the verified professional network and receipt-backed system of record for healthcare workforce state: professional proof, consent, requirements, readiness, approvals, and opportunities, connected.

  • The worker experience. The Passport is a live professional profile, not a document folder. Renewals are chased for the clinician before they cost shifts, evidence travels with consent, and opportunities arrive through explicit opt-in. Free forever, no placement fee, ever.
  • The facility experience. Every organization applies its own requirements and a named human signs every decision. Evidence can travel; decisions do not. The same clinician clears faster at the second facility because the proof already exists.
  • The compounding claim. The compass metric is the zero-rework Work Activation rate: new organization-specific approvals completed without asking the worker to resubmit evidence already held and still valid. It has no measured value yet; it is instrumented in the first pilot.

The falsifiable test, stated to investors on purpose: if the second Work Activation is not materially faster and cheaper than the first, the network thesis is wrong.

● WHAT IS REAL · PRE-LAUNCH BY DESIGN
  • Live synthetic product demos, Readiness, Operator, and Worker are public, read-only demonstrations. They use synthetic data, contain no PHI, and are not presented as production customer deployments.
  • Cloud architecture, the Investor Room and its canon-grounded agent run together on Google Cloud Run and Vertex AI, hash-pinned to canon generation 8. The application runtime continues through gated GCP deployment controls; this page does not claim the production rollout is complete.
  • 43 roles × 51 jurisdictions · 2,193 coverage cells · 0 unsupported catalog cells. Source-backed workflows with API/manual-review labels. This is coverage capability on a synthetic corpus; no real roster has run through it yet. Coverage map is inspectable at Section 11.3.
  • Outside legal counsel engaged. Jason Thomas Acevedo. All MSA / DPA / BAA / SAFE language runs through him before signing.
  • Team public. Three founders, Giles-Evan Mboumi (CEO), Christian Montgomery (COO), Abhishek Jha (CTO), advised by Dr. Danielle K. Miller, DNP RN (Clinical Advisor; former CNO; ex-Amazon Principal PM Health Equity and AWS Healthcare Executive Advisor), Dr. Mohammed Quadri, MD MBA (VP Strategy, Hackensack Meridian), and Aki Hashmi (CEO, SkinSAFE). Full team and ownership map in Section 12.
  • Investor room live with red-team console, 6-mode AI agent, and inspectable diligence trail (Sections 06-09, 11).
  • Pricing ladder (transparent, published): Readiness $2,500 / month per facility, the one published price. Operator pilot, Operator, and Platform pricing are governed and quoted per engagement. The readiness dashboard is not free.

Customer, pilot, and revenue status is under dated re-verification; this room does not claim current traction. Pre-launch by design. The risk is execution, not invented traction.

Each hard requirement of the problem, building the coherent agentic system, verifying credentials against primary sources, selling into facilities, and clearing the clinical and regulatory bar, has a person whose background matches it.
