- Commercial interest
- 12 non-binding letters of intent acknowledged by 12 healthcare organizations, July 7 to September 21, 2026. Three more letters are out and not yet acknowledged. Packet reviewed page by page October 1, 2026. Names, letters and acknowledgement records are shared confidentially in diligence.
Commercial evidence - Pilot and production pricing
- Founder-confirmed plan, October 1, 2026: paid 180-day pilot at $30 per certified bed per month, prepaid. Planned list prices: Readiness $20; Operator $60. End-to-end operations at $150 to $200 is a future goal. Production rate is the lesser of list and one third of signed savings. The unit for organizations without certified beds remains to be set.
Business model - Facility and bed counts
- CMS Nursing Home Provider Information, August 2026 snapshot: 14,690 homes, of which 14,680 list beds. Our sum is 1,567,504 certified beds, displayed as 1.57M. Our ownership analysis groups 10,110 homes and 1,106,891 beds under 610 operators with at least two homes. That is 70.6% of beds, displayed as 71%. A chain identifier does not establish a shared purchasing decision.
CMS source dataset · Market analysis - Team and founder background
- Company facts and approved biographies, October 1, 2026. Six people: two cofounders and four people building backend, agents, design and frontend. Founder backgrounds are self-reported; they do not establish product outcomes.
Team - Financing plan
- Founder-confirmed terms, October 1, 2026: $1.5M post-money SAFE; target cap of $7.5M to $10M, set with the lead; same terms for everyone. Definitive financing documents govern.
The round - Dates and targets
- October 20, 2026 is the launch plan. December 31, 2026 is the goal for one timed real start and, separately, a check accepted at a second facility. March 31, 2027 is the goal for three operators or ten sites in paid pilots. The 2030 same-day-start ambition is a goal. None is an achieved operating result.
Execution plan - Company expansion thesis
- Founder direction, October 2, elaborated October 7, 2026: a clinician career network, an agent-operated facility system and permissioned operating intelligence. Workforce is the entry into the planned connected practice. The October 7 operating-model proposal adds facility mapping alongside one bounded authorized workflow, smaller-facility usability and full delivery economics. The clinician career experience remains in the initial plan; broader community, intelligence and whole-practice products are future scope. This is not evidence of active network effects, a live intelligence business or permission to sell professional data.
Three-layer company model - Product and architecture
- Current facility and clinician screens demonstrate synthetic workflows. System diagrams describe designed or planned scope. They do not establish live integrations, security certification or measured operating results.
Capability state · Technology - Readiness and security
- October 1, 2026 company record and reviewed deployment requirements. The Google Cloud business associate agreement is dated July 13, 2026. Current activation and assurance status is collected in one readiness record.
Readiness record - Competitive structure
- The category map describes buying needs and design choices. It is not a measured vendor comparison, an exclusivity claim or a claim that every vendor in a category has identical scope.
Competition
Historical letter terms and corrections to earlier materials are retained on What changed. Source documents are shared according to their confidentiality and access scope.

- Operating-model proposal
- October 7, 2026 founder direction and planning materials describe the connected practice, distinct clinician and facility mandates, six phase-one outputs, acceptance and failure handling, smaller-facility delivery and full economic measurement. They support the proposed model in this room; they do not establish deployed behavior or amend a signed pilot.
Operating model · Phase-one outputs - Vision Lab research
- October 1 internal research challenged technology-moat candidates, explored company positioning and examined competing approaches. It informs the thesis of a compounding lead through accepted operating history and repeat use. Its adversarial judgments are research inputs, not measured competitor results, an exclusivity claim or a patent opinion.
Technology and the proposed lead - Economic illustrations
- The 100-bed price examples use the stated planned rates. The signed-savings and 12-month return example uses explicitly hypothetical savings, costs and timing to explain the method. It is not a customer outcome, forecast, guarantee or executed commercial term.
Inspect the assumptions and arithmetic - Proposed evidence methods
- The commercial progression, cohort reporting, pilot reviews and milestone acceptance records describe how the team intends to evaluate the next results. They are not reports that these results have occurred.

A dated company fact describes the record at that date. A designed workflow describes intended behavior; a synthetic demonstration shows an example without proving customer operation. A measured outcome requires the relevant source evidence, cohort and observation period. The room keeps those statuses distinct.
Confidential evidence is shared according to its access scope. If a supporting record is absent, stale or unresolved, that remains a diligence item. The published argument should be testable against the source without requiring an investor to accept a summary on trust.
