What changed since September
What changed from the earlier materials?
Corrections to earlier claims and the current basis for the October 2026 investor room.
See every sourceThis is the correction record for earlier investor materials. The current room uses the company facts and founder rulings reviewed October 1, 2026, with separately labeled October 7 planning analysis.
- October 7 · deeper investment and operating analysis
- The room now explains the complete workforce journey, accepted handoffs and recovery, facility mapping, delivery economics, buyer qualification, evidence progression, team execution and capital-to-proof plan. The vision package expands the career network, connected practice and permissioned intelligence thesis. Chapter indexes support detailed reading. These additions do not refresh the dated commercial or readiness facts, change planned per-bed terms, or represent new operating results.
- Commercial interest
- Earlier letter counts were inconsistent. The corrected record is 15 letters issued to 14 organizations, with 12 electronically acknowledged by 12 organizations, July 7 to September 21, 2026. Three are not yet acknowledged. They are non-binding expressions of interest, not customer contracts or revenue.
- Product status
- Earlier materials described clinicians as live. The demonstrations use synthetic data; those claims should not be relied on. Current product and activation status is on the product page and in the readiness record.
- Pilot terms
- The historical letters reviewed a 90-day founding pilot at $2,500 a month. The current plan is a paid 180-day pilot at $30 per certified bed per month, prepaid. This plan does not amend historical letters or establish a payment obligation.
- Pricing
- Earlier site-based models are superseded in this investor draft by the October 1 per-certified-bed plan. Planned list prices are $20 for Readiness and $60 for Operator per month. End-to-end operations at $150 to $200 is a future goal. Current business model.
- Team and financing
- The current team has six people. The round target is $1.5M on a post-money SAFE, with a target cap of $7.5M to $10M set with the lead. Prior team counts and financing amounts should not be relied on.
- Positioning
- We’re rebuilding healthcare hiring. The intended system connects a clinician career platform and facility workforce operating system through authorized coordination and an operating record. This opening follows the founder’s October 2 direction.
- Earlier figures
- Earlier revenue, contract, interview and performance figures are withdrawn unless supported in the current room. The September deck is withdrawn. Deck notice.
