A career continues after the application.
A healthcare professional carries a career from one employer to the next. Their history, credentials, training and ambitions continue. Too often, the tools make them begin again.
We are building a clinician platform run by an agent that works for the clinician. Their record moves with their consent. The clinician does not pay.
The facility has two coordination problems.
Recruiting, HR, credentialing, clinical education and operations all contribute to getting someone to work. Each department has its own clock, responsibilities and decisions. At the same time, the systems they use disagree about identifiers, status and what happened last.
Our plan: our agents carry a hire across both. They do the chasing, the checks, the forms and the scheduling, and put each decision before a named person. Departments keep their authority. Each step leaves a receipt that shows what happened. The facility board runs today on synthetic data.
Our entry is a paid pilot.
Our plan is a prepaid, paid 180-day pilot. Days 1 to 14 establish a baseline the facility signs. Workflows then run beside the facility’s process through day 180. The finance lead signs the measured savings and decides whether to agree a production contract.
We want the first relationship to show removed work and faster starts, measured in the pilot. Planned prices are on the business page.
What can compound.
Our goal: a reviewed requirement helps the next case, and a permitted piece of evidence can be used again when an employer accepts it. A record that grows with every real hire is the part that compounds.
Our goal for December 31, 2026 is one real start timed end to end and, separately, an accepted check at a second facility. Reuse depends on source rights, clinician control and the receiving facility’s acceptance.
What comes next.
October 20, 2026 is our launch plan. Demonstrations use synthetic data. The readiness record explains the requirements for real-data and AI activation.
Our immediate work is to finish what we have built, complete the security steps that must come before real data, and run our first real hires by hand in pilots. We will use these notes to report progress with its actual scope.
The room holds the product, the pilot, the plan, the team and every source. The private library opens through verified accounts.
Revised for the October 2 review candidate. This note first ran September 4. The What changed page records corrections to earlier materials.
This is a public company perspective based on the dated product and operating references linked above. Pilot results will be reported when they exist.
